Peel and dice 4 potatoes, cover with chicken stock, boil until Soft.
Add to potatoes, 1 medium onion and 2 stalks celery chopped fine.
cook 15 to 20 minutes
add 1/2 a stick of butter, 1 Tablespoon ham base and pepper to taste. Add
milk. Mash mixture. The amount of milk added determines the consistency of
potatoes.
