Dill Potato Cakes

2 cups self - rising flour
2 Tbl. butter, softened
pinch of salt
1 Tbl. fresh dill , chopped fine
2 cups mashed potatoes
3 Tbl. milk

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients except mashed potatoes and milk. Add, potatoes and enough milk to make a soft dough. Roll the dough out thin and cut as biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes. Until golden brown.
