CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE
CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE
2 cans (4 0z. cans) chopped green chilis
6 oz. each of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Spread both cans of green chilis in a 9X11" casserole. Layer cheeses over chiles. Beat together milk, eggs and flour.
Pour over cheeses. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
