Vanilla Sweet Rolls

2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
3 1/2 oz pkg instant vanilla
pudding mix
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 to 3 cups flour

Sprinkle the yeast over warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add the dry pudding, oil, and salt until well blended. Stir in enough flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough on a lightly floured board. Knead until smooth. Roll the dough out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a 2-inch round biscuit or cookie cutter. Place the rolls on an oiled baking sheet. Allow to let rise for one hour.. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 18 rolls
