Low Calorie Tomato Juice Dressing

Low Calorie Tomato Juice Dressing

1/2 cup tomato juice
2 to 4 TBS. salad oil
2 TBS. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
1-1/2 tsp. bottled thick meat sauce (I use A-1)
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Refrigerate.

Makes about 1 cup (25 calories per tablespoon)
