Pork Chop Casserole
4 servings

1 Lipton onion soup pkg.
3/4 c water
2 tb brown sugar
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts nutmeg
4 c thinly sliced potatoes
2 ea medium onions
4 ea apples cup in 1/2 rings
4 ea thick pork chops

Combine soup mix , water, sugar and spices. Mix well in a shallow
baking dish. Layer half potato, onion and apples, pour soup mix over
top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375.
