Mexican Dinner Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3, 15 oz., can chicken broth
1 to 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup uncooked bite sized pasta
1 cup corn, defrost
1 green bell pepper
1 15 oz. or larger not over 20 ozs., jar salsa
Mexican cheese, shredded

Brown the beef and onion together and the last 2 to 3 minutes add the garlic. Add the chicken broth, taco seasoning, corn, green pepper and salsa to the ground beef mixture and stir well and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 more minutes. Put the soup in the bowls and add the cheese. Serves about 4 to 6.
