Anyone Finishing (or refinishing) a Deck?

Good Morning Everyone!

The financial side of my homesteading work involves teaching people how to take care of their homes and properties, and finishing decks is a popular topic I get asked about each spring. Since 1990 I've been testing deck finishes and I know that most work about as well as Haman's plans against the Jews living in Persia. They're destined to fail from the start.
