Cheesy Green Beans
Cheesy Green Beans
1 lb. fresh green beans, rinsed, cut in 2-inch pieces
1 envelope (dry) Golden Onion soup mix
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. paprika
Combine green beans, water and onion soup mix in medium saucepan. Bring
to a boil and reduce heat to med-low and cook until tender, about 15
minutes. Drain beans; stir in butter or margarine, toasted almonds and cheese. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Servings: 6
