CHEESY SALMON PATTIES

2 (14 oz) cans salmon
3 eggs
1-1/2 to 2 cups bread crumbs
1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Drain juice from canned salmon. Combine all ingredients and shape into
patties. Brown in a little oil on both sides. Makes 8 to 10 patties.
These can be frozen and are delicious either hot or cold.
