Elections and your vote

We are heading into the mid-term election process again. As a Christian, how do you feel about the current state of our reps and congressmen and women right now? Will you continue to vote along party lines or will you turn the house and congress upside down?

We were watching Red Eye last night. I know, it isn't the most Christian show. They were discussing cutting the country in half and having two America's. One liberal and one conservative. They discussed the border to the two countries and decided to put the liberterians (sp?) at the border where you would have gay marriage, marijuana and bevy of other things...I found the analogy rather amusing. The military would end up on the conservative side. Mandatory healthcare and other such things would end up on the liberal side. We would have to rearrange the states according to liberal or dem, conservative and then the border. Those that lived at the border would have the least amount of government since the liberterians are all about the government butting out of stuff....The question begs, would the liberals and moderates all move to the border or would they sway to one side or the other?

I know, I am being a bit silly. I am serious about how people are going to vote. I do believe all those serving in our government right now need to be booted out and we need some new parties in control. I have e-mailed my congressmen and women and have told those darling republicans that they will never get my vote again, unless God tells me to. I get the mass generated e-mail responses. It is really annoying. I want them to have a town hall meeting in Round Rock. Ohhh...That is another topic! *runs off to post on it*
