1 to 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken or steak. (She has used breast with the bone in it before)


1/2 c lime juice
1/3 c veg oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 jalepeno chopped
pepper to taste
2 tsp cumin

Marinate themeat for 4 hours to over night. Grill and cut into strips. Make fajita ot tacos out of them. She usually serves them with raw veggies and sourcream and guacamole
