It was an interesting read, and I agree with most of it. However, I disagree about the meat part. Gen 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things

I agree, but a meat based diet (instead of a plant based that includes meat) seems to be causing health problems across the nation. I also blame highly refined sugars, and processed corn products.

If anything is used in excess it can cause problems. I place a lot of the blame on all the additives to most foods.

Oh yes, salts, nitrates, nitrites, and whatever the heck "natural flavoring" is (its in the list of ingredients as though it has been added) are also big players in the health of our foods
