Honey Candy Empty Honey Candy

This is alot like the no bake choclate oat meal cookies. But when you put in a greased pan it turns out more like fudge. It was not gritty or to rich. I think we like this recipe better with the honey.

Honey Candy

1 stick margarine
3/4 c honey
3/4 c milk
3 TBS cocoa powder
1 Cup Chunky peanut butter
3 cups of oats

Heat the margarine, honey, milk, and cocoa powder to a boil. Boil rapidly for 3 minuets. Then add peanutbutter and oats. Spread in a buttered cake pan. Let cool and cut into squares.

Ooh, sounds great. Although, I have to admit, I was hoping it would be similar to bit o honey, the little candies you can buy.
