Benihana Shrimp Sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic juice
3−4 Teaspoons ketchup
1 Teaspoon ground ginger
1 Teaspoon hot sauce
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Teaspoon paprika
3/4 Teaspoon white pepper
Whisk together.
