Lemon Jelly

1/2 cup lemon juice (bottled is ok)
1 tbs grated rind
1&1/2 cup water
4&1/2 cup sugar
1 Certo(pectin)

Combine juice, rind and water in saucepan let stand 10 minutes, add sugar mix well Bring to a hard boil over high heat stirring constantly at once stir in Certo. Bring back to a boil boil 1 minute stirring constantly remove from heat stir and skim off foam Ladle in hot jars seal or seal with wax. I always have my jars warm and lids in hot water to seal better.
