Laughing Hello, ya'll! Been a few days since I have been online, ole cp has been in the shop being cleaned up!

I found a very interesting recipe in the new issue of Countryside magazine. It is for a canned cake recipe. So unique, cake is canned in mason jars and can keep up to 3 years. If you would like a copy of this recipe please contact me and I will send it to you. All I ask you to do is send me a stamped envelope addressed to your self and I will mail it to you promptly. No, it should be ok. Thanks. I know my Mom makes some kind of cake in a jar. Not sure if it's the same thing. I need to ask her for her recipe.

Canning cake in jars IS NOT safe do to the risk of botulism poisoning.
