Praying for the peace of Israel

Ok...I know we are supposed to pray for the peace of Israel. I just started working on the Epicenter Bible study and before they really get into the study there are 8 questions they have you answer. Some of them concern how closely you have kept up with events going on around the world, events going on in the Middle East and Israel, and if you started watching things more closely since 9-11.

Psalm 122 was one that he had us read concerning praying for peace for Israel and Jerusalem. Isn't this what ushers in the beginning of the Tribulation or the Wrath depending on what you may believe and how you study the Scriptures?
