Post by amybyrd21 on Tue Jun 14, 2011 12:54 am

Macaroni and Green Olive Salad

4 oz. macaroni, cooked
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/4 c. fine chopped green onion
2 large sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 (6 oz.) jar stuffed green olives
1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried dill weed

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, let cool. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, onion, pickles and olives. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour over macaroni mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover; chill 1 hour.
