Sausage Pepper Pasta Toss

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 20 min
Serves: 4 to 6

1 pkg. (16 oz.)frozen LOUIS RICH Turkey Smoked Sausage, thawed
1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni
1 green pepper, sliced
1 pkg. (15 oz.) DI GIORNO Mushroom Marinara Sauce
KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

COOK and stir turkey sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 10
minutes or until no longer pink.

MEANWHILE, cook pasta as directed on package.

ADD green pepper and sauce to skillet. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.

TOSS sausage mixture with hot drained pasta; sprinkle with cheese.

Great Substitute: Substitute DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini for
portabello mushroom tortelloni.
