Pasta Salad

1 box plain Rotini
1 box Tricolor Rotini
Broccoli florets chopped small
Cauliflower chopped small
2 bottles of Italian Salad Dressing
Sliced Green Olives
1 small Onion diced
Small dices of Cheddar, Mozzarella or other cheese
1 small Green, Red, or Yellow Pepper diced
1 Cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
Small dices of Pepperoni
Parmesan Cheese
Any other vegetables you like

Cook both boxes of noodles. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again. In a large bowl combine the chopped vegetables, cheeses and meats with 1 and a 1/2 bottles of salad dressing and Parmesan cheese to taste. Cover and chill. Before serving stir and add more dressing if needed.
