Cheddar Vegetable Melt Sandwiches

1 loaf (11 3/4 oz.) Pepperidge FarmĀ® Frozen Two Cheddar Cheese Bread
1 cup water
2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium tomato, sliced

HEAT bread in oven according to pkg. directions.

HEAT water and broccoli in saucepan to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Drain.

HEAT oil in same saucepan. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook until tender-crisp. Return broccoli to pan and heat through.

ARRANGE tomato slices on bottom bread half. Top with broccoli mixture and remaining bread half. Cut into quarters.
