Folks, in case you haven't figured it out yet.....

The United States of America is in real trouble. I don't know how many of you follow Glen Beck, but he makes a lot of sense. I encourage all of you to try to watch his shows on Fox news at 5 pm EST or listen to his radio show.

Here's a couple of sites that I believe are very informative. Please check them out and decide for yourself. It's time for us to stop trusting mankind and put our faith in Christ and the resources that God has given us.

Since I have not been able to do a lot due to back surgery, I have been spending a lot of my time watching various cable news channels. I can't believe how far the major media has gone from reporting unbiased truth. I realize that Fox news appears to be very conservative, but they also show both sides. Most of what I have seen on other news networks are so slanted to the left that it doesn't surprise me why so many progressives buy into the garbage, that's all they are hearing.

Be prepared. Pray. Study your Bible. Keep an eye on the enemy.

I realize this is an old post but I'm just bringing it back up for another look.

Things are really starting to deteriorate quickly all throughout the Mideast and we really need to get informed by truthful, realiable news sources.

What are you doing to prepare your family for the unstable future we face?
Are you prepared to provide food and a secure living space for your family for an extended period of time? You know we cannot soley rely on our government to rescue us in great times of need, look to history and Hurricane Katriana as proof of that.

I agree with you. I believe God has been preparing people for what we are now seeing happening for a few years now. I know that He began preparing me about 10 years ago which is what eventually led me to begin this forum. I know many who try to gather up a years supply of food, which is ok, but I believe our best way to prep for what we are facing is to arm yourself with knowledge. Learn how to raise what you and your family will eat. Learn how to get by without electricity or city water. God has given us all we need to live without having to depend on man to help bail us out. The most important prep, in my opinion, is to have your life right with God, seek Him out and He'll lead you to your refuge.
