What I have found that really helps is to cut out all refined sugar that you possibly can and eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits.
I know this isn't a supplement but it really does help.

+1 on cutting out refined sugar, also look closely at your daily diet. You need vitamin B12 for energy, and memory. Fix a beef roast for supper, and see if that doesn't help with your energy level the next day.

Sounds like a good dinner. I'll be right over to help you eat it.

For a quick, short term pick me up try a drop or two of peppermint and/or rosemary oil on tissue and inhale deeply and evenly for about 5 minutes. They both have properties that are stimulating. You could also make a cold compress by adding 1 to 2 drops to a cup of cold water, ,mix it well and wet a washcloth with it. Then use that to massage your neck, face and arms.
Studies have shown that goldenroot (rhodiola rosea) can help if you take 50 to 100 milligrams two to three times a day.
Ginseng seems to help too. Take 100 to 200 milligrams once or twice a day, but if you're diabetic check with your doctor first because it can lower your blood sugar.
You may also want to get your blood tested to make sure you aren't anemic. Vitamin B12 may also help, take one to two pills twice a day.

Iron and vitamin D are two big ones for feeling tired. When mine drop I really can tell, I can barely get moving.

Re: Something for fatigue and to help with energy levels
Thanks everyone. I am going to give some of them a try. I know my eating habits have gotten bad because we are going 24/7. I am gonna try to fix that. Iron has never been a problem. Always have very high iron in my blood.
Vit. D might be an issue though.
Never tried the oils but have been intrigued by some of what I have been reading about several of them.
Beef roast and lots of fruits and vegies will be on the menu this weekend.

Cutting out carbs for breakfast has really helped me. Instead of eating oatmeal or cereal, I've been making fruit smoothies with berries, bananas, and a little bit of juice or milk. Although the fruit has natural sugar in it, the smoothie sticks with me longer and helps keep the blood sugar stable. If I eat pancakes, cereal, doughnuts, etc. I will need a nap by noon.

I have much more energy since getting rid of gluten. I also take selenium, B12, fish oil, C, and probiotic. I take magnesium at night. I sleep better and am so much more refreshed in the morning. Darken your room for sleep. I use lavender and rose geranium oils on cotton ball to help relax. 5 drops lavender and 5 drops geranium. I leave it on my night stand. You can also use rosemary and spearmint in Epson salts in your bath for energy. I use 5/5 drops into 1/2 cup Epson salt. I am trying to cut out sugar. Paleo diet is working for me, but I still like yogurt and a splash of milk in my tea.

I too am gluten free, a couple others on here are as well. I'm using some essential oils from Young Living for aches and stress.
