My mom's recipe and she has one more like a casserole that i will post too. It bakes in the oven and is killer cold the next day.

1 8 oz package spaghetti noodles
3 c chicken cooked in salt water and cubed wter reserved
1/2 c each celery, bell pepper. and onion diced
1 4oz can mushrooms drained
1 jar 4 oz pimentos
1/2 c parmesan cheese (or amount desired)
1 c velvetta grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2c to 1 c chicken broth depends on how moist you want your casserole
2 TBS butter
1/2 tsp italian herb seasoning

Cook noodles and drain. Grease crockpot (for easy cleanup) Mix all ingredients well and piur into crock pot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or hig 3 to 4 hours and serve.
