I take the medium muffin tins and either spray them with pam or put a pat of butter in it. Place it in the oven at 350. When the pan is hot I add an egg per tin and let them cook for a little while then I add ham or bacon to the top and cheese. They fit on canned biscuits perfectly. Rachel ray put ham in the cups then cheese then the egg. If you use any kind of meat make sure it is precooked. I can do this as I am getting ready in the morning to work outside. Rebekka adds butter and hot sauce to the tins. She makeds buffalo eggs that way.
You can plae a canned biscuit in there to form a cup and partially bake it. Then add scrambled eggs (not cooked) with what ever else you want like ham and cheese. Then finish baking them. My favorite is roasted bell peppers and cheese.
