Things happen and when you put off a tool repair for later, and then move things get lost. I found a rusted and seemingly junk double bit ax head today. I had been wondering what ever happened to this old thing.
The rust was about to get really bad, and there was some pitting
But I spent some time working on it with a wire wheel and a sanding disc. The results sent me to the hardware store for a new handle
and the results of a couple hours work
So the next time you see an old rusted ax or hatchet head being thrown away or at a yard sale for cheap, take it home, and invest 15 bucks in it. You may be surprised at what you end up with

That turned out great Keith, definitely worth some time to bring it back to usable condition.
