Speaking of civil unrest Empty Speaking of civil unrest

Post by 12acrehome on Thu Oct 18, 2012 12:17 am

I found this on another board:

http://www.infowars.com/new-threats-to-riot-if-obama-loses-election/

Despite the issue receiving national media attention, Obama supporters continue to threaten to riot if Mitt Romney wins the presidential election, raising the prospect of civil unrest if Obama fails to secure a second term.

The new threats continue to dominate Twitter and the vast majority make no reference to press coverage of the issue over the last week, illustrating the fact that they are a legitimate expression of how many Obama voters plan to respond if Romney comes out on top, and not merely a reaction to media hype.

(my apologies for the language, and grammar and spelling. These and other "tweets" are at the bottom of the article)

“You know you ain’t shit if you gotta “MAKE” Mafukas vote for ROMNEY ! …. Mannnn OBAMA better get back in office . Or BLACK FOLKS will riot.” (SOURCE)

“If Romney wins im goin on a rampage.” (SOURCE)

So all those stuck in highly populated areas take care and be watchful. This may just be talk, but some groups have a history of rioting.

I have a very strong feeling we will see riots regardless of who wins the election. It will start in the major cities, but it wouldn't surprise me to see it spilling over into the less populated areas too. The current administration has done a lot of harm to our country, causing divisions the likes of which I have not seen since the 60's and early 70's.

Me too.

Here's the latest from reagancoalition.com

http://www.reagancoalition.com/articles/2012/20121017011-romney-threats.html

Brazen broadcasts that are designed to intimidate, incite riots need to be investigated...just sayin'

I'll not post anymore on this except in reply to others

I've noticed that the social media has a lot of people threatening to assasinate Romney if he gets elected. I've never seen anything like this election.

This is a very different election cycle.

Well, people were threatening to assassinate Obama if he were elected. And, if I remember correctly, sale of guns went up right after the election.

I think the sale of guns went up after the election because people were afraid that Obama would try to take away our rights to bear arms.

I work with some people (guys and gals) that buy a gun every election day just to send a message to the winner of the election
