Herbal Teas Empty Herbal Teas

Post by Sonshine on Mon Feb 13, 2012 11:20 pm

I have been interested in teas off and on for a few years, this past couple of years more off than on...that is changing, the old cravings for teas are stirring

We bought a tin of different teas to plant this year from My Patriot Supply. I've never tried growing it before, but have always enjoyed a good cup of herbal teas with honey.

well;

In addition to a zone 8 climate or warmer, tea plants require at least 127 cm (50 inches) of rainfall a year and prefer acidic soils.[10] Many high-quality tea plants are cultivated at elevations of up to 1,500 m (4,900 ft) above sea level: at these heights, the plants grow more slowly and acquire a better flavor.[11]

Herbal teas aren't made with tea leaves usually. They can be made with just about any herb, such as mint ect. I think we're discussing two different things. Smile
