Zucchini Jam

6 cups grated zucchini
20 oz. Can crushed pineapple, well drained
6 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 3 oz. Pkg. Apricot Jell-O

Add 1cup of water to zucchini. Bring to a boil for 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple and cook 6 more minutes. Add apricot jello and cook 6. More minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal.
