Frito Salad

1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Lg. Tomato, diced
1-1/2 Cups Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 Avocado, diced *
1 btl. French Salad Dressing
1/2 bag Fritos, Reg size

In large bowl, mix kidney beans, onion, tomato, cheese and Avocado. When ready to serve, pour on the French dressing and mix well. Add the Fritos and toss.

Note: I always add the Fritos at the last minute, since they will become soggy after a short while.
