Here is a step by step turtorial of how to extract honey on a small scale. We ended up with a 5 gallon bucket from 8 frames of honey.

If it goes like it is supposed to we will get about 10 more gallons of honey. I will post pics here as soon as I get them uploaded to photobucket and go thru them.
