Depression,anxiety are normal aberrations of human mind and to think as having some disease process is weong..If you feel your mood is constantly down and you have tried your best at not improving it,then you can take some serotonin uptake blockers which have a good safety profile..

The other ways of getting over it are joining some hobby,keeping yourself happy,doing charity and plenty of things to make yourself happy...
