Blueberry Graham Cheesecake Empty Blueberry Graham Cheesecake

Post by Marie on Sun May 10, 2009 3:40 am

Hi all!
We are going to a 25th Anniversary party for my husband's sister & dh.. Here's what I'm bringing:

Blueberry Graham

Crush 20 graham crackers
Add 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Melt 1/3 c. oleo or butter & mix with above ingredients and pack in pan. (9 x 13)

Cream well 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar
Add 3 eggs one at a time and beat well.

Pour on graham mix and bake at 325 til set. (15-20 minutes should do it)

After cool, add can of blueberries. (I'm using wild blueberries that I thickened with sugar and corn starch)

Cool Whip or whipped cream on top!

Ooh, sounds wonderful! Now I can't wait for my blueberries to ripen. I know what I'm going to make! Bet this would be good with strawberries too.
