Can these be used as carrots. If so how do you fix them. I have tons right now and Hubbysaid they were wild carrots so I was wondering before I pull them up

Not sure how to prepare them, I just normally feed them to the rabbits, but if you are going to eat them, you need to be sure they're Queen Anne's lace and not some other member of the family. Some are poisonous.

If you're not sure which you have there are 2 ways to tell for sure. First off, if they have the flower, check it out. The center flower will normally be purplish, though it may look black. If there's no flower, or if you don't see the dark flower, you can check it out by smelling it. It will smell like a carrot.
