How should I choose names?
1st Alpine kidding due this week.
Hi All;
Just wanted to start a thread to share with our kidding season this year.
God has been generous to us to triple my herd in one month last Fall. And he's blessed me with all does settled except for one (Shana gets a break this year).
Texas A&M came out and sonogrammed and we have a minimum of 22 kids expected (some more may be hidden).
I am thrilled....I love to see how Elohim paints the babies unique....
Alpines anyone?

Congrats on the new kids. I am sorry, but I can't really be any help picking names. I never name my critters.

I'm going to assume then, they have automatic names like "steak", "roaster" and "rump roast"?

Exactly! My girls are wanting a pet bunny, and I have been trying to get them to name it Stew. LOL!

HEE HEE Stew
Our first steer was named "T-Bone" (he was good, but ever since they are simply numbered)
