I have yet to find a method that makes it easy to peel them.

I seperate mine. Any left over from one week get washed and go into the refrigerator to become next week's boiling eggs. Then, add about a quarter cup of salt to the water. When they come off the stove, pour all the hot water off then submerge them in ice water for about 15 minutes. Peels easy.

Baked Hard-Cooked Eggs

For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make "hard-boiled" eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel!

I am going to try this to see how well it works. I thought they would explode but people have tried it and it worked for them.

RebelDigger, I'll give that a try. We've been using eggies and that has taken away some of my frustrations.
Amy, let us know how it works.
