I think the brand is Progress but anyway there is this silicon collaping "berrie" collendor. It is the perfect size and drain cheese really nice. I line it with the clothe and I can set it on a plate inthe fridge. I use it alot for soft cheese.

Ok in the paint dept I came across paint strainer the are like heavy duty fine screening and they fit the "jelly strainer in the canning section. It cleans like a breeze and is reuseabale.

Thanks for the idea. When our goats wean the kids we're going to start making cheese again, so I need to see if I can find that collander.

It was cheap. less than 4 bucks. well under what a designated piece of equipment was.
