I wanted to take a moment to swap howdies and say I'm so glad we serve a risen Lord! There are not many places on line you can say that but I feel good about being able to say it here. We have a small 8 acre homestead where we raise a big garden for our CSA's,milk goats, chickens, herbs, and best of all 3 beautiful children. I am a happy helpmeet to a handsome tractor mechanic. When we are not homeschooling and farming we have classes for children at the house helping others homeschool and sewing lessons. In my spare time I paint barn quilts. For the past 13 years we moved and restored our little farm house doing all the work ourselves and paying for it as we went along. We have been in it for almost a year. Look forward to learning much from you all.Blessings Milkmaid

Welcome aboard Milkmaid!! I hope you will enjoy our little place on the net, and yes it is a rare treat to speak openly about our Lord and not have to wonder who you just ticked off on your friend list Smile

Look around, jump in anywhere, we are pretty informal, if you have scripture to back up a position or statement great, if not that's great too

Have fun with our little diversion.
