Baked Chicken Poupon

4 T. grey poupon dijon mustard
2 T. water or vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. boneless chicken breast

Mix grey poupon dijon mustard, oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a large bowl or plastic bag. Add chicken, mixing to coat. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until done.

* When I fixed this tonight I used regular mustard, chicken thighs, and added a little hiney to the mustard to sweeten it up just a little. We loved it.
