STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS

6 to 8 lg. banana peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Milk

Cut banana peppers in half and clean. Put aside until later. Mix meat,
onions, cheese, salt and pepper together well. Stuff peppers with meat
mixture. Set aside. Make egg and milk wash and dip stuffed peppers in
wash and then in flour, then deep fry until meat is done and golden brown.
