Famous Dave's Cajun Dynamite Dust

Famous Dave's Cajun Dynamite Dust

1/2 cup paprika
6 Tbsp kosher salt
1/4 cup coarse ground black pepper
3 Tbsp dried basil
3 Tbsp file powder
3 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp dried oregano
2 Tbsp cayenne
2 Tbsp ground white pepper
2 Tbsp dried thyme

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store in airtight container. Use as rub for
blackened dishes.

sassafrass powder. You can get it in the spice section of your super market. It is used to thicken soups like gumbo. I dont have any right now but if I get some I will put a pic of it up.
