Cool as a Cucumber Dill Salad

2 cups - Domino® Granulated Sugar
2 cups - white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon - salt
4 - large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 - large red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup - chopped fresh dill

This crisp salad is definitely a crowd pleaser. Serve it alongside your grilled foods or try it as a topping for a sweet and tangy take on burgers or hotdogs.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add cucumber, onions and dill. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Transfer to a travel-safe container.

Makes 6 cups. Serves 8 to 10 people.
