Cotten fabric is the easiest to work with.
You must chose the colors You want to work with.
Two colors are best when starting out.
Chose a solid and a pattern in the colors you chose.
You Must wash,dry and Iron fabric befor you start cutting.

OK that's enough for now. Who ever wants to fallow along may,but I wouldn't post any more until I know that

My in-laws came in today and will be here till Tuesday. After they leave I'll try to pick up the fabric. I'm really excited about this. I've wanted to learn how to quilt for a long time now. Hopefully some of the others will get involved too. Thanks for agreeing to do this.
